My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, being right across the street from the airport, and the service was pleasant and helpful. However, the rooms had a damp smell and felt noisy, affecting the overall comfort, and the dining options were limited to basic fruit offerings.
The hotel offers rooms at an exceptional price, though the extra space could have been utilized better. There was highway noise audible from one end of the building, and it is a bit far from most of Asheville. On the upside, the room was clean and easily accessible to handicap parking, but there was an unpleasant smell upon entering.
I have to say, my stay at this hotel was simply wonderful! The rooms were so nice, I felt really comfortable in them from the moment I moved in. Everything was extremely clean which I really appreciated. The service was top-notch, they were extremely helpful and always on the ball when it came to refilling items. The location was convenient, just across the street from the airport which made my trip so much smoother. The dining experience was surprisingly good, with a nice variety of options. I truly had a pleasant experience overall.
